Privacy policy

This policy explains how we handle the personal data you share with us through this website. We collect only what we need to answer you, and we never sell it.

Last updated:

In short

  • We collect what you enter in the form, plus your IP address and browser details.
  • We use it to answer you. No newsletters without your consent.
  • We keep it for 12 months, then delete it.
  • We never sell data or share it with advertisers.

01 Who is responsible for your data

The controller of the personal data collected through this website is:

Company
Vidamera

In this policy, “we” and “us” mean this company.

02 What data we collect

When you send the contact form on this website, including a meeting request at the conference, we receive:

  • your name and, if you wish, your company;
  • your email address and/or phone or WhatsApp number (at least one of them);
  • the interests you ticked in the form and, if you chose one, your budget range;
  • your message, including any text the site’s buttons add to it: an estimate from the calculator, a meeting slot you asked for at the conference, or the product or service you asked about;
  • the language you want our reply in, and the page and section the request came from;
  • with every request, your IP address, your browser’s user agent and the time we received it.

We use the IP address and user agent to protect the form from spam and abuse. Like any web server, ours also keeps a technical log of page requests with IP addresses. Please do not send special categories of data, such as health information or beliefs, through the form.

03 Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use cookies and does not load analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser keeps a few technical values on your device: the language you chose and the calculator currency (in localStorage) and, until you close the tab, an unsent draft of the contact form and the details the calculator or other buttons pass to it (in sessionStorage). You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

04 Why we use it

We use your data only:

  • to answer your request and arrange a meeting, including at the conference in Tbilisi;
  • to prepare the estimate, proposal or pilot plan you asked for;
  • to keep the website and the form secure and free of spam.

We do not send newsletters or marketing messages unless you separately agree to receive them, and we make no automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

05 Legal basis

We process your data in line with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our grounds are:

  • your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box in the form and can withdraw at any time;
  • steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, such as an estimate or a proposal;
  • our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.

06 How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and the related correspondence for 12 months, then delete them. If we sign a contract with you, the data it needs is kept for the term of the contract and for the periods the law requires.

If you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your data, we do it sooner, unless the law obliges us to keep it.

07 Who receives it

Only the team members who handle your request can see your data. To run the website we use a few service providers who process data on our behalf and on our instructions:

  • our hosting provider, whose servers run the website and store submissions;
  • our team’s notification channels: a Telegram chat and, if we have set one up, a webhook to our CRM or automation tool.

Some of these providers may store data outside Georgia; in that case we rely on the safeguards the law requires. We do not sell personal data, do not share it with advertisers and do not use it for mailing lists without your consent. We disclose it to public authorities only where the law requires it.

08 Your rights

Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • know whether we process your data and get a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
  • have your data deleted or its processing restricted;
  • object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time;
  • receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (data portability);
  • complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia or to the data protection authority of your EU country.

09 How we protect it

The website works only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to submissions is limited to the people who need it to handle your request.

10 How to contact us about your data

To use your rights or ask a question about this policy, write to us:

We reply without undue delay and within the time limits set by law. Before acting on a request, we may ask you to confirm your identity.

11 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
